At times, the need for a Caregiver may be unexpected and urgent. Our 2-Hour Rapid Response Guarantee ensures a member of our team will meet you in person within two hours of your initial request, and a qualified Caregiver will be at your home within three hours. Some restrictions may apply.
How do you supervise your Caregivers?
Epiphany healthcare uses an advanced Real Time Caregiver Monitoring System that requires our Caregivers to clock in and out through the telephone; thus allowing us to effectively track hours and confirm attendance in real time. To ensure utmost client satisfaction, our system will immediately notify us if a Caregiver has not clocked in or out as scheduled. In addition, 24 Hour Home Care conducts routine nurse supervisory visits and random management quality assurance check-ins so our clients receive the best possible in home care.
Do you offer a free in-home consultation, 7 days per week?
Some home care companies may have limitations, especially on the weekend. 24 Hour Home Care is available for a free in-home consultation 7 days per week and if there is an urgent need, we have a 2-Hour Rapid Response Guarantee to respond and help you or your loved one.
Is your company available 24/7, every day of the year?

Will we have a choice in selecting the caregiver
Our CarePairing Process works with each family to understand what unique skills and personality are desired in a caregiver. We make the process of finding a caregiver very simple and prompt using our QuickCare Placement program. Give us a call and we’ll conduct a brief phone discussion to understand your needs. We then can meet anyone involved in selecting and paying for care at your home for an in-home needs consultation. Within 24 hours of that visit we are usually able to refer a professional caregiver to your home. Our team continuously screens caregivers beyond current demand to give you quick access to the best caregivers in our community.
