Position: Office Manager
Location: Columbus, GA
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence. Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents. Assist in the creation and editing of office documents.
- Operations: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication. Ensure timely dissemination of information within the office.
- Office Supplies and Equipment: Monitor and replenish office supplies. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
- Data Entry: Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges as they arise. Escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Follow state, federal and HIPA regulations and policies.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Have reliable transportation.
Prefer that applicant…
- Have or obtain a current TB test (tuberculosis).
- Have or obtain a current a CNA or PCT certification (we offer PCT tests online if needed).
- Have or obtain a current CPR certification.
